Chapter Information

We believe it is important that local chapters follow the NCSHS Constitution, but also have the freedom and flexibility to support computer science in their schools.

Chapter Materials
Once your chapter is approved, we will provide you with:
  • A copy of the NCSHS Constitution
  • The Chapter Charter
  • Chapter membership certificates
  • Chapter membership cards
  • NCSHS logo for your website

Annual Requirements
Each year, your chapter is required to submit an annual report.  This report may be submitted as Word Document or Google Doc by July 1.

  • Updated officers list
  • Updated chapter membership requirements
  • Summary of chapter activities for the year
  • Summary of chapter accomplishments for the year
After we have received all of the reports, we will post a summary of activities on this website. You may also post chapter updates (with photos and videos) at any time on our chapter blog.

Your local chapter may also wish to have a chapter website. Please send us the link (and make sure your site is updated regularly!)
